Placements24 is seeking a Senior Architectural Designer in Queenstown, Eastern Cape, to lead design development on a range of projects. You will guide design teams, develop detailed design documentation, and ensure aesthetic and technical integrity from conception through construction.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong portfolio, 6+ years of experience in architectural design, and advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in architectural design with emphasis on design development.
• Exceptional portfolio showing design creativity, technical skill, and project leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in architectural design software including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and development of architectural designs for diverse projects.
• Produce high-quality design documentation, including drawings, models, renderings, and specifications.
• Mentor and guide junior designers and architectural staff, fostering a collaborative design environment.
