Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design process, developing innovative and context-sensitive architectural solutions.
• Create compelling design presentations, including sketches, 3D models, and renderings.

• Work closely with technical teams to ensure design intent is realized throughout the construction documentation and execution phases.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience with a strong portfolio showcasing significant design contributions.
• Expert proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD, Rhino, Adobe Suite).
• Demonstrated ability to develop creative and technically sound design concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
