• 6+ years of experience as an Architectural Drafter, preferably in a professional architectural practice.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and a strong understanding of BIM software like Revit.
• Excellent technical drawing skills and a thorough understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Ability to interpret architectural sketches and design intent accurately.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details using CAD software.
• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models in collaboration with the design team.
• Prepare construction documentation, including working drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Ensure all drawings and documentation comply with relevant building codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Coordinate drawings with structural, mechanical, and electrical consultants' information.
• Assist architects in preparing design development drawings and presentation materials.
• Perform quality control checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
