Job summary

BHDP Architecture is seeking a Senior Architect to elevate technical delivery across complex projects. The role emphasizes coordination, documentation, and mentoring to ensure design intent translates into buildable outcomes.

You will guide teams, steward risks, and enforce BHDP standards in Revit and related tools. The position requires senior-level expertise, licensed status, and a proactive approach to quality, collaboration, and client-ready guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture degree; NAAB accreditation preferred.
• 12+ years in design/architecture.
• Licensed Architect in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide project-specific technical leadership and ownership.
• Act as risk steward with documented decisions and client guidance.
• Lead QA/QC at milestones and ensure issues are resolved.
• Mentor Architects and Designers with growth plans and feedback.
• Deliver high-quality technical solutions and standardized approaches.
• Protect fee/schedule through early issue resolution and coordination.
• Develop teams through coaching and live markups with documented goals.
• Create reusable learning assets to reduce repeated errors.
