Responsibilities

• Provides project‑specific technical leadership and risk stewardship.
• Leads QA/QC to ensure deliverables meet BHDP standards.
• Coaches and develops Architects and Designers on assigned projects.
• Ensures design intent translates into buildable, well‑coordinated solutions.
