Building on the Architect III role, this position drives deliverable quality across complex projects and ensures design intent translates into buildable solutions.

You mentor teams, set quality expectations, and guide risk management while maintaining BHDP standards in Revit and related tools.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Architecture degree; NAAB familiarity preferred.
• 12+ years in design or architecture; licensed architect.
• Advanced Revit knowledge; deliver drawing packages and teach best practices.
• Strong visualization skills with SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion.
• Delegate and coach to raise team performance; detail-oriented and collaborative.

Aufgaben

• Provide project-specific technical leadership and guide risk decisions.
• Serve as primary project technical expert and QA/QC champion.
• Lead and enforce QA/QC at milestones and resolve critical comments.
• Assign owners with clear due dates and drive timely closure.
• Deliver high-quality technical solutions on complex projects.
• Prevent rework through coordination, documentation, and early issue resolution.
• Coach Architects and Designers, set development goals and provide feedback.
• Create reusable learning assets to improve team quality and independence.
• Ensure compliance with BHDP platforms, templates, and naming protocols.
• Avoid workflow failures and manage client-facing expectations.
