Camunda in the United States is seeking a Senior Architect to own delivery of enterprise agentic automation initiatives end to end. You will partner with process owners to map current vs target flows, decide where agents, rules, or humans handle steps, and shape scope that engineers can implement.

You will lead technical delivery, plan increments, manage dependencies and risks, track value, and keep sponsors aligned.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in solution architecture or technical/process consulting, with an engineering background.
• Proven track record leading process orchestration initiatives from discovery to production.
• Strong business analysis and process management, BPMN modeling.
• Experience with enterprise data architecture: integrations and APIs.
• AI-first mindset with enterprise-grade agentic solutions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of use cases from discovery to value realization.
• Run discovery sessions with process owners to map as-is and target processes.
• Translate targets into epics with scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Design solutions within our reference architecture and evolve patterns.
• Lead delivery: plan increments, manage dependencies, communicate progress.
• Define and track value per initiative and maintain sponsor alignment.
• Incorporate delivery learnings into architecture and product.
