Job summary

The Kaali-Nagy Company in Greenwich, CT is seeking a Senior Architect / Project Manager to lead design-build high-end residential projects. You will manage the design and construction process across multiple ultra-luxury homes, coordinate with subcontractors, and report directly to the principals.

Candidates should have 5+ years post‑graduate experience, B.Arch or M.Arch, licensure preferred, and strong Revit/CAD skills with 3‑D modeling.

• Post-graduate experience in design and high-end residential construction
• Strong Revit and CAD skills; proficiency in 3-D modeling

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire design and construction process across projects
• Develop working budgets and detailed schedules; lead meetings
• Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants; oversee on-site and off-site construction
• Review bids and manage contractor payments; ensure compliance with regulations
• Lead project administration from pre-development to occupancy
• Collaborate with principals to ensure design-build alignment
