Job summary

Green Key Resources LLC partners with an established architecture and design firm to recruit a Senior Project Manager / Senior Architect for the Pittsburgh/Cleveland area. The role focuses on leading projects from design through construction, while coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of design and project management experience, a strong understanding of construction documents and building systems, and proficiency in Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture is required; RA preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience in architecture or multidisciplinary design firms.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects through all phases of design, documentation, and construction administration.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and overall delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Oversee development and coordination of drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives and design standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers.
• Coordinate with engineering consultants and other disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in client meetings and project presentations.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and firm growth.
• Work with leadership on project planning and resource allocation.
