The ideal candidate excels in team environments, communicates clearly, and is proficient with Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite, with a passion for high-performance, sustainable design; licensure progress or LEED/WELL

Formación

• Degree in architecture (Bachelor or Master).
• 10–12 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to develop, communicate and present design concepts.
• Effective communication and graphic presentation skills.
• Experience with high-performance, sustainable architectural design.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate in a dynamic office, contributing to all phases of architectural work.
• Lead and support strategic planning projects in Pittsburgh and nationwide.
• Represent the firm at professional events and associations.
• Support business development and client relationships in Pittsburgh.
• Coordinate with sustainability teams and integrate into growth plans.
• Manage project staffing, budgeting and scheduling.
• Lead communications among stakeholders on projects.
• Oversee agreements with owners and consultants.
