Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and senior living design.
• Proficient in Revit and construction documentation.
• Familiarity with building codes and accessibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and construction documents for commercial and senior living projects.
• Assist from concept through construction documents and administration.
• Produce and coordinate drawings in Revit.
• Collaborate with project architects, PMs, consultants, and clients.
• Coordinate with consultants and incorporate engineering information into documents.
• Participate in client meetings and project coordination meetings.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and code compliance.
• Assist with material selections, detailing, and project research.
• Support projects through construction administration, including RFIs and submittals.
