Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 10+ years of professional experience within architecture or multidisciplinary design firm.
• Registered Architect (RA) preferred.
• Experience managing architectural projects from design through construction.
• Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with other industry-standard design and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects through all phases of design, documentation, and construction administration.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and overall project delivery.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Oversee the development and coordination of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with internal design teams to ensure projects meet client expectations and design objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers.
• Coordinate with engineering consultants and other disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in client meetings, project presentations, and construction-related activities.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and support the firm's continued growth.
• Work closely with leadership on project planning, resource allocation, and overall project success.

The Role

The Senior Project Manager / Senior Architect will play an important role in managing projects from initial design through construction. This individual will work closely with firm leadership, clients, consultants, and internal design teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

• Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members.
