The role focuses on leading projects from design through construction, while coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of design and project management experience, a strong understanding of construction documents and building systems, and proficiency in Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture is required; RA preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience in architecture or multidisciplinary design firms.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects through all phases of design, documentation, and construction administration.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and overall delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Oversee development and coordination of drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives and design standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers.
• Coordinate with engineering consultants and other disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.

The Role

The Senior Project Manager / Senior Architect will play an important role in managing projects from initial design through construction. This individual will work closely with firm leadership, clients, consultants, and internal design teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects through all phases of design, documentation, and construction administration.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and overall project delivery.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Oversee the development and coordination of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with internal design teams to ensure projects meet client expectations and design objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers.
• Coordinate with engineering consultants and other disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in client meetings, project presentations, and construction-related activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 10+ years of professional experience within an architecture or multidisciplinary design firm preferred.
• Registered Architect (RA) preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing architectural projects from design through construction.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, building systems, codes, and construction administration.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with other industry-standard design and project management tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members.
