BSA in Austin Studio is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the architectural design and documentation from concept through completion. You will drive design intent, coordinate with consultants, and guide a multidisciplinary team on high-profile projects.

Qualifications

• Accredited architecture degree required.
• Licensed architect with current registration; NCARB preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience; healthcare or higher education project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the architectural design and documentation for projects from concept through completion.
• Execute design intent in alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure complete and accurate project coordination between all disciplines and design components, including work with outside consultants.
• Coordinate and manage construction administration efforts, providing oversight for all related activities or full-time construction administration team members on various projects.
• Oversee the delivery of fully coordinated, high-quality design documents, ensuring alignment across all disciplines.
• Mentor and support the architectural team by teaching, guiding, and developing staff, fostering growth in design and technical expertise.
