BHDP Architecture is seeking a Senior Architect to lead technical delivery on complex projects, coordinating across disciplines and documenting decisions to ensure buildable solutions that meet client goals. You’ll mentor team members, set quality standards, and partner with Project Managers to manage risk and improve performance while upholding BHDP standards in Revit and digital delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture degree, NAAB preferred.
• Licensed Architect with design and delivery experience.
• 12+ years in design/architecture and project leadership.
• Advanced Revit knowledge and ability to teach best practices.
• Proficient in visualization tools for client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provides project-technical leadership, ownership, and risk management.
• Leads QA/QC at milestones and ensures coordination across disciplines.
• Mentors Architects and Designers with clear development goals.
• Documents decisions, maintains modeling standards, and supports PMs.
