• 9+ years in design/architecture industry.
• Licensed Architect.
• Advanced Revit knowledge and ability to teach others.
• Advanced visualization capabilities: SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion.
• Demonstrated capability to delegate, coach, and raise team performance.

Responsibilities

• Leads multiple projects with consistent quality and milestone readiness.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to align deliverables.
• Translate design intent into buildable drawings and spec intent.
• Coach and delegate through feedback to improve quality and cycle time.
• Identify complex issues early and present clear trade-offs.
• Escalate high-risk items and ensure consistent implementation across deliverables.
• Maintain rolling look-ahead and keep teams milestone-ready.
