Job summary

ECM Consultants, an Aventia Company, is seeking a full-time Architect to lead architectural design and construction administration from planning through closeout in Metairie, LA. You will oversee design development, specifications, cost estimates, schedules, and bid documents while ensuring client satisfaction and code compliance.

Ideal candidates will bring a Louisiana-licensed Architect credential with 10+ years of experience, strong leadership, and experience managing multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• Licensed Architect in the State of Louisiana.
• Experience leading architectural design on construction projects is preferred.
• NCARB Certification and LEED Green Associate are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all architectural aspects from planning to project completion.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain client relationships.
• Develop designs, specifications, cost estimates, schedules, and bid documents.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
