Job summary

ECM Consultants, an Aventia Company, seeks a full-time Architect to lead all architectural aspects from design through completion. You will develop designs, prepare specifications, and manage costs, schedules, and client relationships to deliver high-quality projects.

The role requires a Louisiana-licensed architect with a minimum of 10 years in construction-related fields, and experience supervising teams on state/public-sector projects is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years of architecture experience in construction-related field.
• Licensed Architect in Louisiana.
• Must supervise all team members on projects.
• Experience with state/public-sector projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to develop designs that meet project requirements.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout lifecycles.
• Lead project teams from planning through construction completion.
• Coordinate across disciplines to meet schedules and budgets.
• Review technical requirements and ensure code compliance.
• Provide final specifications and guide design concepts.
• Conduct field visits and perform construction administration.
