Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
  • 7-10 years of related design experience, including federal related work.
  • Experience managing architectural projects.
  • Familiarity with federal standards required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
  • US citizenship is required due to client requirements.
  • Willingness to travel, including international travel when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design team in preparing design documents, reports and related project documents using REVIT and other applicable software.
  • Perform assignments applying standard architectural techniques for projects of varying size.
  • Interact with clients and assist in pursuing new work by leveraging relationships in the market.
  • Conduct site and construction inspections and compile reports for management.
  • Prepare project specifications and related data.
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds and resources.
