Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology related field or equivalent
• 8 years of architecture experience
• Strong architecture and hands‑on engineering experience with modern technologies
• Experience architecting large scale technology initiatives
• Extensive experience in agile operating models
• Insurance technology experience preferred

• Define target state architecture and roadmaps
• Lead technology proofs of concepts to validate architecture feasibility
