Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking a Sr. Architect to lead enterprise technology design, shape the architectural roadmap and enable scalable, governed solutions across the business.

You will bridge business strategy with technology, guide proof-of-concept work, and maintain alignment with evolving technology direction. Qualified candidates have a CS/STEM degree and 8+ years of architecture or engineering experience, strong leadership, and experience in agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related STEM field; 8+ years of architecture/engineering experience.
• Strong leadership, influence and communication skills.
• Experience operating in agile environments and driving transformational change.
• Experience in insurance technology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define target state architecture and roadmaps for one or more domains.
• Lead technology proofs of concept to validate architecture feasibility.
• Partner with leadership to align direction and execution of technology initiatives.
• Deliver architecture communications and secure buy-in across stakeholders.
