Job summary

Travelers is seeking a Lead Architect to join our Claim Architecture organization to reimagine and transform the Claim ecosystem. You will define strategic architecture, drive AI-enabled platform initiatives and oversee patterns that scale across the enterprise.

You will work with value streams, conduct POCs, and shape technology roadmaps while collaborating with executives to ensure architecture aligns with business goals and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent.
• 7+ years architecture/engineering experience.
• 2+ years of technical leadership experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale tech strategies and AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture to enable business capabilities.
• Prototype proofs of concepts to validate solutions.
• Lead technology roadmaps and architecture frameworks.
• Partner with leadership to align tech direction with business goals.
• Conduct hands-on prototyping of new tech solutions.
• Communicate architectural direction to executives.
