Job summary
GovCIO is seeking a Senior Architect Development Team Lead to support solution architecture and development for a government client. The position is hybrid in the Washington DC metro area, primarily remote with occasional onsite requirements.
Lead a team of architects and developers, perform requirements elicitation, design scalable architectures, ensure federal compliance, and coordinate with infrastructure, security, and enterprise teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with 15+ years of experience in large-scale application design and development.
- Expert proficiency in Natural with ADABAS.
- Experience with NaturalONE Eclipse-based development environment.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Experience defining requirements with customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technical architects and developers.
- Assess existing background investigation systems and processes.
- Interact with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Design scalable solution architectures that meet federal regulations.
