• 15+ years of architectural production experience for commercial, retail, or industrial projects.
• Professional registration (RA) strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit and experience with construction documentation.
• Experience with construction administration is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical design and production process from concept through construction.
• Coordinate and oversee project teams to deliver design solutions meeting client specifications.
• Serve as the technical authority and primary resource for project teams and clients.
• Ensure quality assurance and control of construction documents.
• Mentor and support junior staff with hands-on guidance and training.
