Job summary

The candidate will mentor junior staff, manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure constructability and quality of documents, and collaborate with senior project managers to deliver exceptional services for clients. RA preferred and Revit proficiency required. This role supports hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in architectural production for commercial, retail, or industrial projects.
• Professional registration (RA) strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit and construction documentation required.
• Experience with construction administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical design and production process from concept through construction.
• Coordinate and oversee project teams to meet client specs with emphasis on detailing and constructability.
• Serve as the technical authority for project teams and clients.
• Ensure QA/QC of construction documents focusing on accuracy and buildability.
• Mentor and support the growth of junior staff through hands-on guidance and training.
• Contribute to a collaborative project environment upholding company values.
