Job summary

BL Companies' Charlotte office is seeking a Senior Architect to lead design and production across multiple projects. You will mentor junior staff and coordinate with Senior Project Managers and other disciplines to deliver exceptional architectural services.

The role requires 15+ years of architectural production experience, strong Revit skills, and excellent communication and project-management abilities. Hybrid work options are available within this ENR Top 500 firm.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of architectural production experience in commercial, retail, or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and experience with construction documentation.
• Professional RA license strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical design and production process from concept through construction.
• Coordinate and oversee project teams to deliver design solutions that meet client specifications, with emphasis on detailing and constructability.
• Serve as the technical authority and primary resource for project teams and clients.
• Ensure quality assurance and control of construction documents, focusing on detail accuracy and buildability.
• Mentor and support the growth of junior staff through hands-on guidance and technical training.
• Contribute to a collaborative project environment and uphold BL Companies' values of accountability, proactivity, and integrity.
