Archipro is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the early, creative stages of design for multifamily and mixed-use developments. You will shape architectural concepts, programming, and design development while collaborating closely with the founder and development team.

The role emphasizes front-end strategy over production drawings, with projects valued at $80M-$110M, and long-term growth opportunities within a vertically integrated organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Current architectural registration/licensure.
• 10+ years of architectural design experience with leadership.
• Experience designing multifamily and/or mixed-use developments.
• Exceptional conceptual, schematic, and design development abilities.
• Strong site planning, spatial design, and 3D visualization skills.
• Proficiency in Revit, CAD, and architectural visualization software.
• Familiarity with AI and emerging architectural technologies.
• Understanding of how design decisions influence density, feasibility, and development objectives.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and evaluate multiple design concepts efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead programming, conceptual design, schematic design, and design development for large-scale real estate projects.
• Evaluate sites, explore design alternatives, and create innovative architectural concepts.
• Develop site plans, massing studies, and 3D visualizations.
• Explore density, configurations, and design solutions balancing creativity and feasibility.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish project vision and design direction.
• Work with development teams and outside partners throughout the design process.
• Contribute to zoning, entitlements, site feasibility, and development strategy discussions.
• Utilize Revit, CAD, 3D modeling, AI, and emerging tech to accelerate concept exploration.
• Coordinate with firms responsible for later-stage construction documentation.
