Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with state licensure path preferred.
• Significant experience in multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Revit/BIM and producing coordinated contract documents.
• Experience leading consultant coordination and project teams.
• Thorough understanding of building codes, construction methods, and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all phases of design and construction.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and specialty consultants.
• Develop and oversee BIM/Revit models and coordinated contract documents.
• Collaborate with development and construction teams to improve efficiency and cost control.
• Participate in project scheduling, consultant management, and client coordination.
• Perform construction administration including RFIs, submittals, and site observations.
