Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related discipline.
• 5 years in an IT discipline.
• 5 years in a Business discipline.
• Demonstrated experience with distributed systems design and high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Take a lead role to provide strategic consultation to business customers in defining or designing complex business processes.
• Define and design large or complex systems, select design standards, and ensure proper integration.
• Develop detailed component requirements and translate them into designs for implementation.
• Establish functional and non-functional requirements and drive improvement programs.
• Lead and mentor engineers to build high-quality applications.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Participate in customer walkthroughs, plans, and problem resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of technical areas and provide expert guidance.
• Other duties as assigned.
