Job summary

enGen seeks an AI Architect to serve as the technical cornerstone of our AI strategy, designing the full ecosystem where models live and innovate with data pipelines, model storage, and inference engines.

You will drive architectural decisions across distributed systems, cloud-native patterns, and MLOps, mentoring teams and aligning with enterprise goals while ensuring privacy and AI safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering or data science.
• At least 3 years in an architectural role.
• Experience with enterprise integration and AI-augmented workflows.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to present to C-suite.
• Expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic enterprise architecture for AI solutions across data pipelines and models.
• Define end-to-end architecture including inference engines and front-end integration.
• Establish MLOps best practices and scalable, low-latency systems.
• Mentor engineers and present architectural decisions to executives.
• Ensure data privacy, GDPR/CCPA, and AI safety in designs.
