Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Associate Architect for its AI & Engineering/EaaS team in the United States. You will design scalable enterprise architectures, deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP, and lead small teams in delivering AI-enabled software products.

You will collaborate with clients to translate business needs into technical designs, drive CI/CD and DevSecOps, and apply AI/ML concepts across platforms while traveling up to 50% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering with strong development foundation.
• 4+ years' experience as a Solution Architect focusing on production-grade applications.
• Hands-on support to delivery teams; design reviews and architectural liaison.
• Experience on large-scale engagements in industry or consulting.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or .NET; production-grade AI solutions an asset.
• Experience managing small on/offshore teams; on-site technical delivery.
• 3+ years implementing CI/CD and DevSecOps with cloud tools.
• 1+ years in AI Architect roles using AWS.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% nationally.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design enterprise-grade applications with production scalability.
• Deploy applications on Cloud Native platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) using containers and serverless tech.
• Lead delivery components of client engagements and align with business requirements.
• Manage small teams through requirements, design, prototyping, testing, and training.
• Assist in architecture assessment and optimization and document new architectures.
• Review and evaluate existing architectures and propose improvements.
