Job summary

Deloitte France seeks a Lead Architect with Anthropic experience to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications on a hyperscaler platform. You will integrate LLMs, ensure security, and align with enterprise standards.

You’ll mentor teams, own AI/agentic workflows, travel up to 50%, and work across cloud-native tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and Claude models to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Solution or Application Architect with a focus on application development.
• 8+ years hands-on experience in Java, .NET or Python.
• Hyperscaler architect certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• 6+ years designing and delivering production AI/ML solutions, incl. Generative/Agentic AI.
• 3+ years developing AI/ML apps in Python, Java or .NET.
• 1+ year leading AI agentic workflows and Claude Agent SDK usage.
• 1 year deploying Anthropic Claude models in production.
• 1+ year applying prompt/context engineering to improve AI solutions.
• 1+ year leading project workstreams translating problems into AI solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and develop enterprise-grade Anthropic applications and platforms.
• Integrate and fine-tune LLMs and AI/ML models for production use.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to align with standards and governance.
• Design and deploy cloud-native apps on AWS/Azure/GCP with containers and serverless.
• Ensure security against data privacy concerns and adversarial threats.
• Apply agentic design patterns to build resilient systems.
• Lead projects and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
