Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years as Solution or Application Architect with focus on application development
• 8+ years hands-on in Java, .NET or Python
• Hyperscaler architect certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• 6+ years delivering production AI/ML solutions including at least 1 year GenAI/Agentic AI
• 3+ years developing AI/ML apps in Python, Java or .NET
• 1+ year designing production agentic workflows (orchestration, tools, state mgmt, guardrails)
• 1+ year developing agentic AI with Claude Agent SDK
• 1+ year deploying production solutions with Anthropic Claude models
• 1+ year applying prompt/context engineering for AI reliability
• 1+ year leading project workstreams translating problems into AI solutions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Willingness to travel ~50%
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Integrate and refine LLMs and AI/ML models in enterprise apps with production-grade performance
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to align AI solutions with standards
• Design and deploy apps on Cloud Native platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) using containers, serverless, and managed DBs
• Ensure AI/ML security addressing data privacy, model poisoning, and adversarial threats
• Apply agentic design patterns for resilient, maintainable software
• Lead workflow automation and orchestration initiatives
• Mentor teams and drive delivery of AI-enabled projects
