Job summary

EY seeks a strategic Senior Manager Architect to lead design and deployment of high autonomy Agentic AI systems across foundation models. You will mentor a team, balance hands-on delivery with cross-functional coordination, and ensure compliant, scalable knowledge-based AI adoption.

The role spans model management, safety, and enterprise integration, with a hybrid work model and opportunities across EY businesses and client solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance tech.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with Foundation Model frameworks and agentic AI platforms.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise platforms.
• Familiar with governance, safety, and observability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of agentic AI systems across foundation models.
• Oversee integration of external vendor tools for monitoring, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives across domains.
• Act as player-coach, delivering technical work while guiding adoption.
• Serve as knowledge AI expert for customer opportunities and internal platforms.
• Be a member of the Enterprise Architecture council guiding initiatives.
• Stay current on knowledge AI trends and model architectures.
