EY seeks a strategic Senior Manager Architect to lead design and implementation of agentic AI systems across foundation models, safety, and enterprise integration. You will balance hands-on delivery with cross‑functional leadership, mentoring a team building advanced multi‑agent capabilities for EY and its clients.

You will guide governance, model monitoring, and integration, while shaping knowledge‑based AI adoption with robust compliance and observability in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Knowledge of AI Foundation Model frameworks and tools.
• Experience with observability, safety and governance tooling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of AI agentic systems based on foundation models and LLMs.
• Integrate external vendor tools for monitoring, security and compliance.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives.
• Serve as player-coach, delivering technical work while coordinating firmwide AI adoption.
• Be expert in knowledge AI systems and applications to opportunities.
• Member of the Enterprise Architecture council guiding initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of knowledge AI trends and model architectures.
