Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Lead Architect with Anthropic experience to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications on hyperscale cloud platforms. You will integrate LLMs, guide secure, scalable deployments across AWS/Azure/GCP, and lead architecture discussions with governance and standards compliance.

This role requires deep expertise in agentic AI, Claude, production AI/ML systems, and leading projects within client environments.

Qualifications

8+ years experience as Solution or Application Architect with a strong focus on application development.
8+ years hands-on experience in Java, .NET or Python.
Hyperscaler architect certifications - AWS Certified Solution Architect, Azure Solution Architect, or GCP Professional Cloud Architect.
6+ years of experience designing, developing and delivering production AI/ML solutions, including at least 1 year delivering production Generative AI or Agentic AI systems.
3+ years of hands-on experience developing AI/ML applications in Python, Java or .NET.
At least 1 year of direct experience designing or implementing production agentic workflows involving capabilities such as orchestration, tool integration, state management, evaluation, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience developing agentic AI solutions using Claude Agent SDK including agent orchestration, tool integration, permissions or MCP integrations.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience developing and deploying production solutions using Anthropic Claude models.
At least 1 year of experience applying prompt engineering, context engineering, structured outputs and related techniques to improve the performance, reliability and usability of AI solutions.
1+ years of experience leading project workstreams or engagement, translating business problems into AI solutions and delivering measurable outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or another technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and develop enterprise-grade Anthropic applications and platforms, selecting technologies and ensuring solutions are robust, scalable and secure.
Integrate and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI/ML models into enterprise applications with production-level performance.
Collaborate with enterprise architects to align AI solutions with the broader company's strategy, governance and standards.
Design and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP using containers, serverless, and managed databases.
Ensure AI/ML system security by addressing data privacy, model poisoning, and adversarial attacks.
Apply and enforce design patterns and agentic design patterns for resilient software systems.
Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
