Job summary

PowerToFly is seeking a Lead Architect with Anthropic experience to design and build enterprise-grade AI applications and platforms. You will integrate LLMs, ensure secure, scalable systems, and align AI solutions with the company’s technical strategy across AWS/Azure/GCP environments.

You will collaborate with enterprise architects, lead cross-functional teams, and guide AI workflows with strong emphasis on reliability and governance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience as Solution or Application Architect with a strong focus on application development.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java, .NET or Python.
• Hyperscaler architect certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• 6+ years designing and delivering production AI/ML solutions including Generative AI or Agentic AI.
• 3+ years hands-on AI/ML app development in Python/Java/.NET.
• 1+ year designing/implementing production agentic workflows.
• 1+ year developing agentic AI solutions using Claude Agent SDK.
• 1+ year deploying solutions using Anthropic Claude models.
• 1+ year applying prompt/context engineering to improve AI solutions.
• 1+ year leading project workstreams translating business problems into AI outcomes.
• Bachelor-level technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel ~50% and work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and develop enterprise-grade Anthropic applications and platforms.
• Integrate and fine-tune LLMs and AI/ML models for production use.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to align AI with technical standards.
• Design/deploy cloud-native apps on AWS, Azure, or GCP using containers/serverless/databases.
• Ensure AI/ML system security against data privacy, poisoning, and adversarial threats.
• Apply agentic design patterns to create resilient software workflows and automation.
