Job summary

di Domenico + Partners, LLP seeks a mid to senior-level Architect with 5–8+ years’ experience to lead design across all phases (Schematic through CA). A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture and New York licensure are required.

Proficiency in MicroStation/OpenBuildings Designer and AutoCAD 2020+ with BIM is preferred, along with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam and Adobe Creative Suite skills. The firm offers a strong benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture is required.
• Licensure in New York State is required.
• Experience with MicroStation and OpenBuildings Designer.
• Ability to coordinate the work of a multi-disciplinary consultant/contractor team.
• Knowledge of building codes.
• Strong technical skills across scales.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently or multitask.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2020+ with BIM experience is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• The candidate will work across all phases of design: Schematic, DD, CD, and CA.
