NDNY Architecture + Design in New York, NY seeks an Intermediate Architect/Architectural Designer to own design through construction. You will work closely with partners, engage with clients, and develop project management skills in a small, collaborative studio.

Requirements include 4–7 years of professional experience, a professional architecture degree, and strong Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite skills. NYC DOB knowledge is a plus, with flexible, balanced hours.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4–7 years of professional architectural experience, preferably in NYC.
• Professional degree in Architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of projects from design through construction.
• Develop design concepts and communicate with the team.
• Prepare design presentations and construction documents.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
• Manage smaller projects with partner oversight and client communication.
