Job summary

Blue Star Partners LLC in Columbus, OH or Merrillville, IN seeks a Senior Archer IRM Developer/Analyst on a contract-to-hire basis. The role supports Archer SaaS and Archer OnPrem within enterprise GRC, risk, policy, and third-party risk management.

Hybrid work model with on-site Tue-Thu and remote Mon-Fri. The ideal candidate brings hands-on Archer configuration, development expertise, and strong Agile delivery skills to translate business needs into scalable Archer solutions across multiple

Qualifications

7+ years of GRC technology, Archer platform experience.
4+ years of hands-on Archer configuration and/or development.
Experience with Archer SaaS and Archer OnPrem environments.
Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
Excellent communication with stakeholders and users.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

Configure and enhance Archer applications, workflows, dashboards, reports, notifications, access roles, and data-driven events.
Support Archer SaaS and OnPrem environments across GRC, compliance, policy, risk, and third-party use cases.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, user story development, sprint execution, testing, and release readiness.
Work with Product Owners, Archer developers, business stakeholders, and vendor partners to clarify requirements and deliver solutions.
Troubleshoot configuration, data quality, integration, reporting, and production issues.
Maintain documentation and support knowledge transfer across the Archer platform.
