Job summary

ShorePoint is seeking an Archer GRC Developer to configure, develop, and maintain RSA Archer solutions to support governance, risk, and compliance programs. You will design workflows, integrate data feeds, and ensure the Archer platform meets NIST 800-53, 800-37, 800-30, and FISMA requirements.

You will collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to optimize risk analysis, build interactive dashboards for CISOs and stakeholders, and drive compliance initiatives across federal security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant software development and Archer/GRC experience.
• Experience with NIST frameworks (800-53/800-37/800-30) and FISMA alignment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Archer applications for SOC, POA&M, and A&A lifecycle tracking.
• Design workflows and data feeds to support real-time risk assessments.
• Align Archer solutions with NIST/FISMA requirements and security policies.
• Lead on-demand app design, enabling custom workflows for security teams.
• Integrate Archer with external data sources and Splunk for logging.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and project management for smooth deployments.
• Create dashboards and reports for executives and stakeholders.
• Document configurations and changes for repeatability and compliance.
