Job summary

Inherent Technologies, Inc. is seeking a GRC Archer Developer to administer, configure and customize Archer, while providing production support from onsite in Dallas, TX.

The role includes working with Archer solution packages, data feeds, and integrations using Web APIs to enable risk and compliance workflows. The ideal candidate has strong Archer experience, SQL Server knowhow, and familiarity with SDLC, XML/HTML, and governance, risk, and compliance domains.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Archer administration, configuration, customization, and production support.
• Hands-on experience with Archer Solution Packages and custom on-demand application development.
• Expertise in workflows, questionnaires, calculations, record permissions, access controls, and data feeds.
• Experience with Archer platform upgrades, migrations, deployment, and environment management.
• Proficient in Archer integrations using Web APIs, data imports/exports, and automated data exchange processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for application, workflow, performance, and user access issues.
• Experience with SQL Server, database querying, IIS administration, and Windows-based application environments.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, XML, HTML, and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience in GRC domains including Risk, Compliance, Audit, Policy, Third-Party Risk, and Exception Management.
• Hands-on experience preparing HLDs, LLDs, technical documentation, and implementation artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Archer implementations across modules.
• Develop and customize Archer workflows, questionnaires and data feeds.
• Support upgrades, migrations, and environment management for Archer.
• Troubleshoot application, workflow, and security issues in Archer environments.
• Collaborate with IT and business to implement GRC solutions using Archer.
