The role emphasizes managing multiple projects, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining certifications while advancing cloud and API-driven architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 3 years relevant Archer implementation experience in a client consulting environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate with impact.
• Proven track record in complex problem solving, critical thinking and digital fluency.
• Leadership qualities, including driving outcomes, emotional agility, and leading teams.
• Experience with Agile project management and delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in technical consulting and client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead project implementations and develop deep subject matter expertise on Archer platform.
• Oversee technical aspects of offering development, project delivery, and solution delivery on Archer.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert on Archer GRC delivery.
• Ensure technical deliverables are high quality, on time, and deliver valued outcomes.
