ERM is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant, Field Lead Archaeologist to lead fieldwork and regulatory analyses across the United States. This full-time role supports cultural resource stewardship, reporting, and client engagement in a dynamic consulting environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Anthropology/Archaeology, 3+ years of professional experience (4+ preferred), and demonstrated Southwest leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in anthropology/archaeology.
• 3+ years (4+ preferred) professional archaeology experience.
• Field Lead experience in the Southwest.
• Eligibility for cultural resource permits (BLM/ARPA/state).
• Strong NHPA Section 106 regulatory knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Conduct archaeological surveys, testing, data recovery, and construction monitoring.
• Prepare technical report sections for cultural resource investigations and environmental documents.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies (SHPO, BLM) and cross-functional teams.
• Support environmental permitting and compliance processes.
• Represent ERM in client, stakeholder, and agency interactions.
• Contribute to business development and growth in cultural heritage services.
