Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a graphics specialist within the AR/VR/GFX COE to provide global Tier 2/3 support, develop standards, and drive knowledge sharing across regions.

Candidates should have strong experience with 2D/3D graphics, AR/VR/XR, and camera tracking, plus a knack for documentation and mentoring. The role involves designing, testing, and deploying graphics and immersive production systems, with on-call readiness for major incidents and ongoing collaboration with suppliers

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with broadcast technology related to live productions.
• Experience implementing, supporting, or integrating production technology solutions.
• Detail-oriented in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to mentor and share knowledge with engineering and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Conducting LAB testing of new software versions and features, tracking bugs and monitoring hardware.
• Troubleshooting complex issues and serving as Tier 3 escalation for critical incidents.
• Creating and updating documentation, standards, and SOPs for graphics systems.
• Design, implement, test and commission new graphics and immersive production systems, including training for Tier 2 support.
• Attend COE meetings to track issues and define future technology solutions.
