Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience with invoicing, cash application, collections, and reconciliations.
• Strong ability to manage a high-volume aging portfolio.
• Advanced Excel skills, pivot tables and lookups.
• Understanding of AR accounting principles and GL impact.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize during month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Billing and invoicing using NetSuite based on work completed and milestones.
• Prepare progress billings, pay applications, track retention; attach supporting docs.
• Apply payments, research short pays and discrepancies, reconcile AR to GL.
• Manage aging, collections, disputes with project teams and customers.
• Support month-end close and AR reporting; improve processes.
