Kinder’s Premium Quality Seasonings & Sauces in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to oversee AR operations, monitor credit risk, and support cash management. You will lead day-to-day AR tasks, manage customer accounts, and collaborate across Sales, AR, and Finance to optimize collections and postings.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of progressive Accounts Receivable, Credit/Collections, or general accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of AR processes and internal controls.
• Experience in CPG/food & beverage manufacturing preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage AR inbox and respond in a timely manner.
• Perform collections on aged invoices.
• Assist sales with customer communication as needed.
• Review unapplied credits and follow up with sales or customers.
• Monitor aging reports and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain customer account documentation.
• Process and approve designated credit memos within authority limits.
• Lead cash application and reconcile payments.
• Support month-end close and AR reserve analysis.
• Assist process improvements and cross-functional projects.
