Kinder’s, based in Walnut Creek, CA, seeks a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to lead day-to-day AR operations, credit risk monitoring, and cash management in a hybrid in-office role. You’ll coordinate with Sales and Customer Success to resolve delinquencies and ensure accurate receivables across multiple entities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AR/Credit, strong communication, and ERP experience (SAP).

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive Accounts Receivable, Credit/Collections, or general accounting experience.
• Experience in CPG, food & beverage, or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong understanding of AR processes and internal controls.
• Proficiency with ERP platforms (SAP or similar) and payment portals.

Aufgaben

• Managing AR inbox and respond timely.
• Performing collections on aged invoices.
• Assist sales with customer communication as requested.
• Review unapplied credits and follow up with sales representatives and/or customers.
• Monitor aging reports and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain customer documentation.
• Process and approve credit memos within authority limits.
• Handle cash application corrections.
• Support month-end close and AR reserve analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management and Customer Success.
