AdventHealth Daytona Beach is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle professional to manage complex accounts receivable, analyze payer contracts, and lead denial management to optimize reimbursements.

You will monitor KPIs, prepare detailed reports, mentor staff, ensure HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with leadership to improve workflows within a full-time, day-shift role based in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of end-to-end Revenue Cycle operations and related areas.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to interpret complex payer contracts and reimbursement structures.
• High-level written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and revenue cycle systems.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex, high-value, and escalated accounts receivable.
• Analyze payer contracts and reimbursement methodologies for accurate payments.
• Lead denial management, appeals, and reimbursement discrepancy resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis of denial trends and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor payer policies, denial patterns, and reimbursement updates to optimize collections.
• Serve as primary contact for payer escalations, audits, and projects.
• Monitor A/R aging, KPIs, and reporting to identify improvements.
• Prepare detailed account documentation and reports for review.
• Mentor, train, and support Account Representatives.
