Job summary

You will analyze denials, coordinate with coding, HIM and clinical staff, and support training to maintain productivity. This hybrid, full-time role offers exposure to Medicare/Medicaid reconciliations and credit balance reporting.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in hospital or physician insurance related activities.
• Strong knowledge of EOBs and payer policies.
• Experience with pre-service authorizations and insurance verification.

Responsibilities

• Appeals, denials, and managed care escalations with cross-functional teams.
• Training and backup support to maintain productivity and quality.
• Review patient and provider follow-ups and resolve issues.
• Respect and adhere to coding and regulatory guidelines.
